Mission Track Neo companion app, through which users can receive notifications and instructions to follow the directions of the personnel managing the emergency.
To receive notifications from Mission Track Ping, a user must download the app and install it on their mobile device. They can then subscribe to channels whose code has been communicated to them by their organization, or receive notifications from channels that act solely based on the geolocation of the user's mobile device.
Mission Track Ping does not require any identification from its users, and allows them to activate or deactivate the type of channels to which they wish to subscribe.
